Spacious and light-filled, both appartments and the entire mainhouse are designed to experience life directly at the sea.
Surrounded by a wild tropical garden around a big infinity pool embraced by a overlapping huge terrace sitting over the clear water of the Indian Ocean the entire set up melts with the horizon of the sea and the blue skies.
Marvelleous sunrises and sunsets can be observed from the garden or the pool area and the various terraces of the mainhouse, the overlapping deck or the raised lounge.
Access to the sea is through a ramp and staircase which also allows to enter or to be picked by a boat.
Mainhouse Gallery
The Mainhouse consists out of an upper and a lower appartment, which can be rented individually or the entire Mainhouse can be rented.
Each appartment can accommodate up to 4 guests as each appartment has two seperate selfcontained sleeping rooms with kingsize beds.
The entire Mainhouse is superb for friends or two families who want to have time together but still want to enjoy their privacy or for a three-generation vaccation.
Either appartment is also very attractive for couples who need a bit more of space and privacy.
The Mainhouse is equipped with seperate solarsystems and normal electricity for both the appartments. The solarsystem allows to run all lights, sockets, fridges, kitchen equipment, ventilators and for charging phones and using of tablets and computers.
We provide W-Lan.
On request and on small extra costs, we will agree not to rent out the second appartment if only one of the appartments is needed in order to guarantee the privacy of clients in the garden and the swimming pool.
It is advisable to get your own transport/vehicle in order to be able to reach Villa Retreat comfortably and to be able to explore Stone Town and Zanzibar. We can assist with the hiring of a vehicle and driver – in case needed.
